At GreekBeat Radio, we’ve always kept our ears tuned to the future of Greek music – and one artist we’ve championed from the very beginning is the incredibly talented Klavdia.
Klavdia gained initial recognition by auditioning for Greece’s Got Talent in 2017 at age 15 and later participated in The Voice of Greece in 2018, reaching the final stages under the mentorship of Helena Paparizou.
Following her talent show appearances, Klavdia signed with Panik Records and released several singles, including “Haramata,” which achieved double platinum status in Greece.
Klavdia first caught our attention with her soulful voice and emotionally rich lyrics. Long before she hit the mainstream, she was quietly building a name for herself with a series of powerful early tracks that showed not just potential, but real star quality. Her sound blends modern pop with Greek authenticity – and it didn’t take long before people started to notice. In 2023 she won the award for the Best Newcomer at the Cyprus awards, Super Music Awards 2023.
Here at GreekBeat Radio, we’ve been supporting Klavdia since her debut single “Lonely Heart” in 2022. From there, she delivered standout tracks like “Haramata” (a triple platinum hit in Greece), “Vasanizomai,” and “Nyxta Mou Megali” with Oge and Arcade – all of which found regular rotation on our Top 20 Chart. Some of her more subtle gems also shone on our Talent Chart, where we spotlight up-and-coming favorites that deserve more love.
Klavdia’s big breakout moment came when she represented Greece at the Eurovision Song Contest 2025 with her stunning ballad “Asteromata” at just 22 years old! Her performance captivated audiences across Europe – emotional, authentic, and vocally flawless. She finished in 6th place, making it Greece’s highest Eurovision result in 12 years and Klavdia’s achievement has sparked renewed excitement about Greek music on the international stage.
Her success wasn’t just about the numbers – it was a proud moment that reminded fans everywhere of the power and beauty of Greek artistry. Following the contest, “Asteromata” soared in streams and downloads across Europe, cementing her as a breakout star of this year’s Eurovision.
Her latest single, “Asteromata,” is making waves far beyond Greece. The track is charting internationally – from Cyprus to Germany and even parts of South America – and it’s become one of the most requested songs on GreekBeat Radio. It’s also rising steadily on Spotify’s viral charts, proving her cross-border appeal.
Klavdia recently released her debut album titled “Asteromata”, a collection that combines her signature depth with modern pop production. Reflecting on the release, she shared:
“My main goal is to make people feel something.”
It’s a powerful debut that feels both intimate and universally relatable – the kind of album that stays with you.
As for what she wants people to remember her for, Klavdia said “my voice is the one tool of mine I want to show to the world and make people feel emotions because I connect with people with my voice.” and we couldn’t agree more here at GreekBeat Radio!
Earlier this year, Klavdia sat down with our very own DJ Panagiotis Balalas for an exclusive interview on GreekBeat Radio. They talked about everything from her musical journey to the stories behind her songs. If you missed it, don’t worry – you can catch the full interview here!
Whether you’re new to Greek music or a lifelong fan, Klavdia is an artist you need on your radar.
